Bollywood icons Dharmendra and Arbaaz Khan are reuniting after 27 years for the upcoming film Maine Pyaar Kiya Phir Se. The two were last seen together in the 1998 hit Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya, alongside Salman Khan and Kajol. The film is produced by Ronnie Rodrigues, Chairman and MD of Pearl Group of Companies and owner of Cinebuster Magazine Pvt. Ltd. Rodrigues has also penned the story and lyrics for the film. According to a press release, the film’s muhurat ceremony recently took place in Mumbai with many prominent personalities in attendance.

The launch event featured appearances by Rajpal Yadav, Vidya Malavade, Ganesh Acharya, Kangana Sharma, Sudhakar Sharma, Vijay Madaye, Cheetah Yajnesh Shetty, Udit Narayan, Yogesh Lakhani, and Sonu Baggad. During the ceremony, veteran singer Udit Narayan performed an unreleased song from the film. Dharmendra expressed his excitement about the project, describing the film as a “mix veg” – full of flavors and entertainment – and shared his joy of collaborating once again with Arbaaz Khan. Arbaaz also expressed his delight, calling the opportunity to work with Dharmendra again a moment that brings his cinematic journey full circle. He also extended his best wishes to producer Ronnie Rodrigues and his team, noting that Ronnie’s sons are also involved in the project.

Maine Pyaar Kiya Phir Se is being made under the banner of PBC Motion Pictures Pvt. Ltd. and is directed by Sabir Sheikh. Keerti Kadam serves as Associate Producer, Nisar Akhtar as Writer, with music by Dilip Sen–Sameer Sen. Other key crew members include Naushad Parkar (DOP), Mohan Baggad (Action Director), Himanshu Jhunjhunwala (Executive Producer), and Ekta Jain (Casting Director). The film is set to begin shooting soon and is slated for a theatrical release in November 2025.
