Actor Vivek Oberoi will play a crucial role in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s upcoming film Spirit, which stars Prabhas as the lead. On Prabhas’ birthday, Vanga released the film’s audio teaser in five languages—Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam—revealing Vivek Oberoi and Prakash Raj as prominent cast members. Sharing the teaser, Vanga wrote, “Happy Birthday Prabhas anna. Presenting a 'SOUND-STORY' in five Indian languages straight from the heart, for every fan who's felt his [emojis].” The film’s official X page added, “The system knows his record. The streets know his rage. Now the world will know his #OneBadHabit. #Spirit Sound Story Out Now in all Languages.”

The teaser indicates that Prabhas will portray an IPS officer who is behind bars, concluding with his line, “Right from childhood, I have one bad habit.” Vivek, reportedly the antagonist, expressed his enthusiasm on X, saying, “#OneBadHabit is all it takes to get you #inspiritmode. And what a powerful 'SOUND-STORY' that was! Happy Birthday to the Rebel Star, #Prabhas! Hoping the surprise lifted your spirits! Super kicked about bringing this action to life with your unmatched magic @imvangasandeep.”

Initially, Deepika Padukone was signed as the female lead, but scheduling conflicts led her to exit, and the role was eventually taken by Triptii Dimri. Produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Bhadrakali Pictures, Spirit is scheduled for a 2026 release. The film promises high-octane action, a gripping storyline, and a stellar ensemble cast, generating early excitement among fans.
