Anant Ambani Seeks Blessings at Mumbai's Renowned Lalbaugcha Raja

Amid the festive celebrations of Ganesh Chaturthi, Reliance Industries Executive Director Anant Ambani visited Mumbai’s renowned Lalbaugcha Raja pandal on Monday and offered prayers to Lord Ganesha. Lalbaugcha Raja is among Mumbai’s most famous Ganpati pandals and draws large crowds of devotees each year. During his visit, Anant Ambani sought darshan and was also seen interacting warmly with people at the venue.

The visit came after Reliance Industries Chairman and Managing Director Mukesh Ambani, along with Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, had earlier visited the iconic pandal to seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha. Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated on a grand scale across Mumbai, with beautifully decorated pandals, elaborate idols and large-scale community celebrations becoming a defining part of the festival.

The Ambani family had also hosted Ganapati celebrations at their residence, which was attended by several prominent personalities from the film industry. Among the guests were Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Salman Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit and Shriram Nene, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal, Disha Patani, Kriti Sanon, Karan Johar, Kajol, Boman Irani, Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Rekha, Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani, Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal, and Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza, among others.

The family also took part in the Ganpati immersion ceremony late Wednesday night. Nita Ambani, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant were among the family members who joined the procession as the idol installed at their residence was taken for immersion. The Ambani family’s visits to Lalbaugcha Raja and their own Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations have remained a notable part of Mumbai’s festive season, which brings together devotees and public figures in large numbers.
