SBI Acquires 1.84 Lakh Sq Ft Building on Kharadi Leasehold Land for Rs 414 Crore

State Bank of India (SBI) has acquired leasehold rights over 8,581 sq metres of land at Kharadi Knowledge Park, Pune, along with ownership of a 17,078.56 sq metre (1.84 lakh sq ft) commercial building. The deal, registered on August 14, 2026, was executed with Siddhivinayak Enterprises for ₹414 crore. The property includes a basement, stilt level and 15 floors, while ₹28.98 crore was paid as stamp duty. Dividing the deal value by the land area gives an indicative value of about ₹44,800 per sq ft, though this includes the building and is not the actual land price.
