New Delhi: Security advisers from BRICS member countries have called for enhanced cooperation to address a wide range of evolving global security challenges, during the 16th BRICS National Security Advisers (NSA) meeting held in New Delhi on Wednesday. The high-level meeting, chaired by India’s National Security Adviser Ajit Doval, brought together top security officials from BRICS nations to discuss pressing issues including terrorism, cyber threats, and global stability concerns.

According to officials, the discussions focused on the increasing complexity of security risks, particularly those arising from non-traditional domains such as cybercrime, digital misinformation, and vulnerabilities in critical infrastructure.
