At least 19 people have been killed in Ukraine following overnight Russian strikes, local officials reported, as Moscow carried out a fresh wave of attacks on the country. Since the war began four years ago, Russia has launched near-daily assaults using missiles and hundreds of drones, while Kyiv has frequently responded by carrying out strikes inside Russian territory.
