A front organization of the UN Security Council-designated terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), functioning under the name Al-Murabitun, is planning a rally in Peshawar on September 25 to pay tribute to Yusuf Azhar, brother of JeM chief Masood Azhar, who was killed in India’s counter-terror Operation Sindoor. An Indian intelligence dossier indicates that the gathering, to be held in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) capital, is likely to double as a recruitment effort, with top JeM leaders expected to participate.
