Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said the Cabinet had approved the policy with a budget allocation of ₹7,000 crore, while the overall plan involves an estimated investment of ₹15,000 crore, including the expansion of charging infrastructure, vehicle purchase benefits and scrappage incentives.
